(1) Raw Organic Vegan Coconut Aminos 8 fl oz (Misc.) My diet is gluten- and soy-free (among lots of other things). Pre-diagnosis I used regular soy sauce, then tamari (after the Celiac diagnosis). I was never much of a edamame or tofu eater and didn’t think I’d miss soy when that allergy diagnosis came along, but doing without tamari was tough.The office manager at my doctor’s office raved about coconut aminos and at her urging I decided to give them a try. I am so glad I did! I haven’t noticed much of a difference between coconut aminos and tamari. I’d like to compare it to soy sauce for the sake of the review, but it’s been so long since I’ve had soy sauce that I don’t remember what it tastes like.I typically use this is stir fry, Thai peanut sauce, and barbecue sauce. The results have been excellent and not too salty.

Organic Sea Kelp Delight Seasoning – 2.7 oz – Flake (Misc.) i haven’t tried all the flavors yet, need to get more, but i loved the sea kelp delight. it didn’t last long cuz i used it in soup and ramen. instead of the season pack et with salt, i used the sea kelp delight (no salt) and olive oil. it says to use 1tsp, i od’d, and i’d do it again!!

Bragg Liquid Aminos, Natural Soy Sauce Alternative, 32-Ounce Bottle , (Pack of 3) (Grocery) I love Braggs and use it daily on almost everything. Great taste, works with veggies, tofu or meat, and tastes 1000 times better than soy sauce. However, This is $6 a bottle and use to be $5 a bottle here on Amazon. $55 now for 3? I got the same 3 months ago with free shipping for $16! There is no reason for this to be priced so high!

Bragg Liquid Aminos 1 Gallon (Misc.) As a bodybuilder, I have been looking for a cheaper alternative to the Twin Labs Liquid Amino Fuel. I was considering the Bragg. I have not tried the Bragg. However, there is one major flag with the Bragg. The nutritional label. Even on the Bragg web site it confirms 110 mg of sodium. 110 per serving. That is a ton of salt. Compare to the Twin Labs that has on 10.So this product is definitely not recommended as a chug down amino supplement for bodybuilders.But to spritz on salads or whatever, it’s great.UPDATE: June 2011I changed my rating from 3 to 5 stars. I did indeed purchase the Bragg Liquid Aminos thinking it would be a more cost effective amino supplement, compared to the price for Twinlabs Liquid Aminos. This product is not to be used in that context, which I learned. I’m glad my review will clarify the usability of the product for ‘those seeking an amino supplement while undergoing strenuous workout regiments and training’. I believe Bragg should consider a clarification on the label. It’s an excellent product as a selective, minor boost of amino supplementation in accordance to recipe augmentation and flavoring. But, not in terms of dosing. I’m sorry for any confusion my review may have caused. My perspective came from a different interpretation based off Braggs label description which actually motivated me to purchase the product because my dietary and monthly supplementary costs are staggering since I’m natural, and this product is affordable. I actually do use the product. But only as a flavoring enhancer that provides an additional boost toward my daily protein intake. For those working out, I hope that helps.
